I joined FR back in 2015 when I was 13! It's crazy to think my account has been active for that long, I'm 21 now! To be fair, I was pretty inactive for a handful of years, but now I play almost daily. I do regret not joining earlier, I actually knew about the site since its kickstarter days, but I was too young and dumb to figure out the signup window process :(

*cries in missing sprites*

I played as a teen but eventually burnt out from both school and always feeling like i wasn't doing things right/couldn't keep up. Now theres so many different things to do coupled with being an adult, I don't mind going at a slower pace. Plus I'm less anxious about interacting with forum things which opens up a whole different world.

Everyday I am strangling my past self for sending my wind sprite to an ex.

@Orenda Don't mind if you add me. During the week I'm mostly online to do my daily stuff, because work keeps me busy - I'm also 9 hours ahead of FR time XD However, in case you ever want to send a PM for something, I usually will respond in a timely manner.

Also, I did read the other responses on this thread and I have to agree, that I'm not a fan of most chats being moved off-site. I don't use discord (as much) because I'm mostly too busy to to keep up with a lot of chatting, I have an easier time following forum threads :(

just doublechecked and i've been here 8 years! i didn't think i'd be able to sustain my interest in a petsite so long but it suits my lifestyle. i've gone through medical school here. i took a long break in 2020 due to serving in hospital during the early pandemic.

part of the joy of being here for so long is getting to see familiar old players in the forums. i've since become a bit more active now but i've always been sporadic posting here due to my odd work hours and time difference (FR+16)

I'm a lil 6 digit player at 7y 10mo(holy moly). Taken some breaks here and there but now I mostly lurk. It's mindblowing to think that I joined this site so long ago but it seems like it was almost yesterday.

:D Yup yup we've been around since the site opened. Scary to think it's been 10 years now. Things have improved so much in that time.
It's nice to see so many users have been around for such a long time :D Shows how great FR is that it has so many dedicated players.

Im a 6 digit player, so I guess I am kind of an early player? lol I dont plan on going anywhere X)
