For this release Scroll has recruited the help of master jeweler [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/27214028]Bijou[/url] to bring his vision to life, creating a beautiful set of flared fins made of sparkling colored glass. They reflect the constellations quite beautifully when worn at night, shifting the light to make the starry sky look like a rippling pool of water.
