I convert everything as I get it, but I also dont gather daily (at least not necessarily food) and only venture into the coli every so often

I convert as I feed except for plants. I keep plants somewhere around 5-10k so as to force vegetarianism on as many dragons as possible.
I'm never low on food to convert but these figures from my account settings are why:
Meat: 125,595
Insects: 83,782
Plants: 367,625
Seafood: 194,770
Total: 771,772 food points consumed

can't go below 10k points per type ever...it makes me anxious. I gather food everyday, make good money on the swipp/hd items, and the rest feeds all my fodder that I can't fit in my HD. I coli somewhat frequently but none of that gets converted. It all goes for sale once I get a x99 stack.

Basically, my hoard is too big for me to want to sort through it, so what usually happens is I have converting sessions where I pick through my hoard and convert a bunch of food, putting me well into the thousands, and then I just don't convert anything until a food group gets low, like 100-200 ish, or sometimes I just wait until it hits 0
