Generally less than the cost of training to L25 + cost of stones added. Check the AH. While you can filter for L25s you'll need to check individual dragons to see their stones.
For example it looks like someone is selling a dragon they don't want to fix with a tincture and an additional Berserker for 180g.

Yes, which is why I started out with the general "it's going to cost less than training + stones." Price training + stones and you'll have the highest a person is likely to sell/buy such a dragon.
The problem with stoned/statted/leveled dragons is that at some points aesthetics matter. People would rather have a dragon they picked out leveled and kitted out rather than whatever's cheapest.
Depending on what Eliminate's price is doing lately or new genes/breeds you can pick up major bargains. If you're interested in selling NEVER add stones. Unless someone is very bad at math it will always sell for less than the stones separately.
