Since yesterday I had to confront that I have to change some of my long-term plans, my resolution is to try and do more things I enjoy, since I put myself in a lot of miserable positions for those plans that are no longer feasible for reasons outside of my control.

Soup Quest 2025 [emoji=sunglasses size=1]
(I will have at least 100 different vegetarian soups this year)
It is day two and I am at 0/100, but I only need one every 3.65 days, so that's okay! Maybe I will make a homemade soup for dinner if I have enough energy.
I have a spreadsheet and everything :)
update: 1/100! :)

Like every year, my only resolution is to keep improving whatever is in my power to improve. [emoji=spiral happy size=1]
@sedge122 I get the wanting to be more independent. I'm trying to build those skills up but it's hard because some of them cause interference with others that live in the house (namely bulk cooking my meals).
Honestly, mine is to try and work on my mental health. I've started seeing a therapist who does ACT rather than CBT, and the 7 sessions I've had have made a massive difference already. I got a fountain pen for Christmas and so I bought a simple notebook and I'm writing all the nice things people say about me in it, so that I can reference them when I'm having a rough time.

On going: Not letting people walk over me. I've gotten better at this but I need to handle this without nearly losing my mind in a fit of adrenaline because my body thinks: confrontation = life or death situation
Also spending less money on uber because of social anxiety but public transit is hell in my area. ugh
Once I recovered financially I'd love to finally get into painting wh40k miniatures (+ the artist proof action figure I ordered. They come without any paint and I love it! Wish I had more money to get a space marine and the kasrkin)

I want to care less. I also want to finally have a vacation. I deserve it.

I guess my goals would be to get more fit- I plan on using my schools gym (since I got to college and we have a decent workout gym) once my semester starts again and go from there! Im hoping to lose about 60 pounds, and maybe gain some muscle out of it too :)
Other than that I dont have any, but I hope everyone else has good luck completing theirs this year! ^^

I'm curious about how everyone is doing with their goals so far!
Besides Soup Quest, which I'm already mildly tired of after having 11 in the first 13 days of the year, I'm hoping to read more novels this year than last year!
Last year a tv show inspired me to read the book it was based off, and then the whole trilogy. I hadn't read a novel in many years. And then a movie inspired me to re-read the book that was based off, that I read when younger, (for a total of 4 novels last year), and I'm working on the sequels now. I'm about to finish the first one hopefully today, setting a pace of up to 24 for the year! (I will be happy with 5)
In addition to not reading many novels in the past years, I also hadn't read many physical books (except like coffee table art books and cookbooks), it's tough getting back into that (I'm on the first one of those)! I like to read laying down, usually on my phone, but my bedroom (especially my bed) has really poor lighting. Luckily my sibling got me a fancy book light that's been really helpful!
I guess another good goal would be to read something that doesn't have a tv show/movie adaptation (yet), or read a book before watching its adaptation.
Wishing everyone else luck with their goals, and hoping nobody's too stressed about them or about not succeeding as they'd hoped!
