I'm a Sanctuary fan too! It's a small and neat little fandom and sometimes I do wish it were bigger, because it is my all time favorite show! It a fun Canadian sci-fi show from 2008 and I think it deserves more love than it gets.
Stargate too!! I've dabbled in watching in Atlantis, but SG-1 is my favorite. (I've watched Atlantis for Sam Carter, my beloved!)

spyro the dragon! all three versions honestly, i love all of the games!! i never see people talk about it nowadays though, not that i knew many people in real life who knew either.
the classic trilogy comes up in my mind at least once a day, i think about how beautiful and creative it is. lately my fam and i have been analyzing the legend series again. my love of skylanders has never died down and i wanna play through the games again!

I love that series!! It’s one of my absolute favourites and one of the only live action pieces of media I enjoy at all (I’m an animated show/movie person mostly). I think it’s an absolute masterpiece and the story is told beautifully. It’s also great at being tense as hell when it wants to be, but all feelgood and adorable too.

does exist on Tumblr (where I chill), it’s not very active between blogs from what I can tell…
The recent sale of the franchise seems to have created more activity in general but spaces still seem pretty closed in and solo.
Which is unfortunate because I have so many thoughts and ideas but no one to share them with. It’s usually the norm for me in new fandom spaces but it’s upsetting regardless. I love sharing ideas!! But I’m horrible at socializing.

Ugh yeah I love Half Life but feel like I was late to the party. I couldn't have been to the party on time anyway because I was too young when 2 first came out. The world and the characters and the story are so cool but this is my one piece of media I have where absolutely none of my friends have played it. I mentioned Metal Gear in my post earlier but I at least have some friends who are into that too. I really need to stop getting into game franchises which have been inactive for nearly a decade lol.

Yeah I feel you. The last few fandoms I’ve been a part of I’ve had no friends into, so they passed by with my head full and no one to really share anything with… It’s a shame, I love worldbuilding and speculating to death but I only really work at my best with someone to bounce off.

Well, on AO3 there’s only forty-one works in the GUNM/Battle Angel Alita tag, and hardly any of them have even been updated this year so. It’s dead, but only about as dead as Desty Nova I’d say(could come back suddenly and inconveniently at any time).
If you like cyborgs and can handle some serious gore and body horror, I really recommend Alita(the manga). It might be the best piece of graphic science fiction I’ve ever read.

Yeah, Fossil Fighters is one of those fandoms where I prefer to interact with a few people or none at all. I haven't had many good experiences when trying to interact with a larger group.
Anyway, my "dead" fandom is NiGHTS. It's been 17 years since the last game and I've seen some fans occasionally, but NiGHTS themself is one of my comfort characters and it makes me really happy whenever they get to appear in any other Sega media.

Hoshi no Kaabii. The Japanese version of the Kirby anime. Specifically. I adore Kirby as a whole with all my heart but that's been my main lot in it for the past 7 years, but I almost never find anyone who's even seen or liked the anime, and when I do it's usually the 4kids dub specifically (and trust me, they changed so much in that dub that they're like two totally different shows). Every Kirby fan-work I do has HnK in mind, even when I incorporate the game timelines and such.
