Most people put them in a designated dragon’s profile, but some people have a journal in the forums and sometimes it’s there. I have both, and they’re linked in my profile if you want to take a look and get ideas. I’m also happy to help with coding!

As Cuon said, many people write them into a dragon bio, but you can also use anything from a forum thread, google doc, google sheet, or more! As long as your Santa can read it :)
Many people like to link to somewhere instead of directly writing a wishlist out (which is also an option!) because you can edit it up until the matching deadline.
