Bit hopeful that it might be turtle people but my other guess is that it's gonna be a Maren character. Anyways...

So the info I've gathered in favor of a new thing and NOT a Bog:
All Evidence points to more turtle-esque flipper limbs
- We already have a bog npc that is a major occurrence.
- The fingers are really long compared to the pawsies bogs usually have (Baldwin with his human hands is weird tho?)
- Bogs don't have that webbing (if bogs did, baldwin couldn't wear gloves)
- There are only 4 digits while Bogs have 5
