I think they can all stand bipedally, particularly nowadays. You could see a Snapper standing bipedally and mining during Dustcarve Dig, and I think they would be some of the least expected bipedal dragons in the community's shared mental image

I think if you plucked a Coatl it could be considered a man. The M pose looks like it could stand on two legs, and Susie's wheelchair definitely implies bipedalism

Do we give all the official man dragons human skin to fit the look?

I don't know how many can [i]walk[/i] for long periods of time that was, but they all can stand.... so, then are definitely men who stand?
