Drawn by the gathering fae,
Kollus and
Morthyen look to see what has caused such commotion.
"I do not recognize the the female, but the male I do." Kollus said. "He was introduced some time ago but I've not seen him since that day. I had wondered to his well being, thankfully it seems he has been well." He ponders the two for a moment. Neither, but the male especially, will not have an easy time in the Court, but what will their views be? Not all that are colored so veer from the Courts doctrine.
"What do you read of them?" he asks Morthyen.
She stares at them for a long moment, but Kollus waits patiently, knowing the reading can't be rushed. Finally, she starts pulling cards from the deck swirling around her. Behind her tresses, her eyes widen briefly, frills flicking in interest. She leans close to Kollus and whispers to him. Nodding, he pulls two of the white roses from her bouquet.
From a distance, they appear to be simply that, plain white roses. Upon closer inspection however, one will find the petals to be coated and preserved in a thin layer of Nacre, and housed in their center a miniscule fragment of starlight. It is a new creation, one made by his Father, Morthyen, and Beru, the newest edition to their house. A token of amicable relations hopefully to come.
Without a second thought, Kollus makes his way towards the two newcomers, ignoring the stares and whispers as they follow him. Though he keeps his silence, he greets the two with a bow, one given to equals, and offers each a rose.
