I'm going to be honest, as excited as I am for the new dynamic familiar (utterly gorgeous artwork, and I really adore fish - they're one of my hyperfixations / special interests, so this makes me pretty happy), I'm not a huge fan of the update to how dynamic familiars are displayed. I do understand this is an attempt to reduce motion for people who likely find it uncomfortable or eyestraining in various ways, and that's a very good and thoughtful thing, and is also useful if you want to look at one of the stages specifically to appreciate it without it moving on to the next one, but I personally really enjoyed watching them cycle automatically, ah.
I wish that this was an option for your account in the settings, whether or not you want them to cycle through automatically, or if you want to have the static random stage image + click through action, instead of the decision having been made in this way site-wide. Considering the fact that I have wrist pain, I personally don't enjoy the idea of having to click on them a bunch to get the effect that they had before where I could just watch them and enjoy that. It's a slight bummer for me admittedly. ;_;...
But, on another note - absolutely adore the scene! Thank you kindly for giving us a new item to spend our achievement currencies on! :D Red is my favorite color, and genuinely I adore how gorgeous this is!
