Staff almost seems sassy replying to so many people that are being mean and I am so here for it!
Way to many people are comfortable calling new releases ugly or gross, forgetting that someone took the time to design and draw these creatures for us. If you don't like it, fine! If you wanna express your dislike, you can absolutely do so without being mean! "These guys aren't really to my taste" or "A little to wacky looking for me" are a lot more appropriate than "Eww, these are horrible".
And staff replying to these comments asking what they mean and stuff proves a really good point too. The people who made the thing you're bad-mouthing are reading your comments. Stop being rude just because you can hide behind a screen.
