Akatosh was born amidst dust and stone in the heart of Dragonhome, where the history of the world lay buried beneath the cracked earth. He was raised in a splintered cave nestled within Greatwyrm's Breach, an ancient excavation site that his parents, dedicated archaeologists, called home. From an early age, Akatosh found himself surrounded by ancient relics, weathered fossils, and unearthed ruins that whispered stories of ages long past. His parents, driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, took it upon themselves to immerse Akatosh in their passion for history, teaching him the intricacies of ancient scripts, the significance of buried artifacts, and the profound mysteries of the world’s geological evolution.

The young Obelisk absorbed everything they taught him like a sponge, quickly developing a deep fascination with the ancient past. As Akatosh grew, so did his skills and knowledge; he would accompany his parents on excavation projects, mapping out ruins, and helping to uncover relics buried beneath layers of dust and time. There was always a sense of wonder in the air—an unspoken magic that lingered in the dirt and stone, telling tales of a forgotten world. It was not long before Akatosh, spurred by his love of history and a desire to forge his own path, decided to branch out from his parents' work. He wanted to see beyond Dragonhome, to explore the secrets of the world, and perhaps find a place where he could contribute something truly unique.

His journey led him far from the parched deserts of Dragonhome to the deep recesses of Sornieth, where he wandered from one land to another, seeking out places with storied pasts and legends lost to time. It was during his travels that Akatosh happened upon the hidden realm of Nokron, a place that piqued his interest immediately. The sanctum was dark and mysterious, its caverns lit by the eerie glow of moonlight filtered through layers of mist and shadow. It was a place rich with secrets and steeped in stories yet untold, a realm that seemed to hide entire epochs of forgotten history within its depths.

When Gwyndolin and Gwynevere first encountered Akatosh, they were taken aback by the young Obelisk’s extensive knowledge and his genuine passion for preserving history. They sensed in him not only an academic but a kindred spirit who sought to protect the legacy of all things—much like they had protected their fledgling clan. Recognizing Akatosh’s potential, the pair offered him a position as Nokron’s Earth Baron, where he could apply his skills to serve the clan. In this role, Akatosh was given the responsibility of acting as the clan's historian, recording and preserving the stories, legends, and artifacts that defined Nokron’s ever-growing history.

As the Earth Baron, Akatosh takes his duties to heart. His tree in the Wyrmwood became a veritable museum, filled with ancient relics, geological specimens, and carefully preserved tomes. He dedicates himself to archiving the clan’s history with meticulous care, ensuring that the stories of Nokron and the dragons who called it home would never fade into obscurity.

Akatosh spends his days either buried in his literature and studies, out in the field and amongst the happenings around Nokron, quickly taking notes, or meeting with the older locals hidden away in Oolacile, desperately trying to spark up new stories of what Nokron's beginning looked like.
