- - - Equal is a dragon of grace, romance, and stealth. He does not come across as shy, but he is quiet, oddly quiet. This is likely for a variety of reasons. One: his embarrassed frustration with his native tongue. Though he has a smooth voice for a coatl, the language of his breed is inevitably grating and rough to others, and being a prideful one, he has no tolerance for insults or teases towards his speech. This leads him to being unusually outcast out of his own choice; he is quite talkative and social with other coatl.

- - - Within his own breed, he is an intense romantic and will enthusiastically court any who may catch his eye--though he isn't persistent to an uncomfortable point, to where his actions would virtually be harassment. Respect is important in love, he declares. And he loves often and powerfully, being quick to fall for others; unfortunately, he has yet to find someone quite so eager.

- - - When not attempting to court others (which he doesn't do a lot of in this clan) or having minor chats, he is an impressive fisher and seems to have no qualms with getting wet, though it requires intense grooming afterwards to neaten his plumage. He occasionally goes out on digging outings as well, but prefers to keep near the water and his mantarune companion.

- - - His grey coloration causes him a lot of grief.
