Gantulyst
The Angered Eidolon Ghirar finds a Gantulyst while Vance warns about beams from it. Vance explains these beams can erase things, surprising Ghirar. Witness freezes time with magic chains to catch the Gantulyst. Vance feels relieved and hires the Witness, even though Ghirar disagrees. The Witness disappears, leaving Ghirar confused. The scene ends with mystery, leaving Ghirar puzzled. LORE Ghirar stumbled upon another dormant Eidolon. Vance's voice echoed, urging Ghirar to stand back. "Stay out of there," Vance cautioned Ghirar. Confused, Ghirar responded, "What is it?" Vance's tone was grave as he warned, "Gantulyst's yellow beams can erase everything in their wake. Stay vigilant." Ghirar scoffed, dismissing it as nonsense. "That's absurd." In a surprising twist, Vance handed Ghirar three charged lures. A flicker disrupted the scene. "Hmm?" Vance questioned. As the flicker ceased, a voice from the Witness queried, "Progress?" Vance's response held a mix of uncertainty and determination. "It's not done, but it will do." A sudden stillness enveloped the moment as a mysterious Witness halted time. With arms outstretched, the Witness unveiled a triangular portal, ethereal chains woven from invisible magical glass snaring the Gantulyst. Vance's voice sounded relieved as he uttered, "Okay. Okay... You're hired, dark man." Ghirar's exasperation couldn't be contained. "Bro, what? That's cheating." Vance's retort was swift, "Well, at least he's trying to help!" With a subtle wink of his brow, the Witness glanced back at Ghirar before vanishing into the unknown. Left bewildered, Ghirar muttered, "Huh?" The scene closed with an air of mystique and an unanswered question hanging in the air. |
