History
As hatchlings the twins ventured to the wastes on a grand adventure. It was really more Staccato's idea but Erina is always up for anything. They bartered for a nights stay with the stricken and ended up staying for tuition in the battle arts. They visited the clan many more times in their early adventures before making it their permanent home.

Erina was one day struck by the most beautiful dragon she had ever seen- a life sized sugars sculpture of a nocturne on the feasting table one Night of the nocturne. It was a while before she noticed the actual Nocturne making the thing. He too was beautiful. She began a three year long campaign of courtship. She brought him rare ingredients from around the world. Delicacies smuggled from the Rimebone Stockade, Berries that only grow within the Twisting Crescendo, Bird eggs from creatures that shiver in the highest crannies of the world pillar. Each gift was greeted by a bemused expression and a small 'Thanks'. At the end of the three years Sucrose burst into tears telling Erina that her gifts were all still unused in his cupboard- sugar is a powerful ingredient and rare dainties just got overwhelmed and wasted in the things he liked to make. She explained that she only wanted to bring him joy- because she loved him. This was news to Sucrose to whom her affections had been interpreted as a sort of strange ritual mockery. The pair finally spent some time getting to know each other and are now happy- though they do miss each other when she is gone on long trips. She now only brings him back fine plates and other things to display his creations on.
