Twila

Twin of twiler

A once single star is torn into two. Twin dragons are born. One was full of mischievousness while the other was more Wiser.
"Twila fetch your brother, Twiler," her wise mother commanded her.
"Yes mother," The young dragon said as she quickly turned and flew off to go find her brother.
Within a full hearted tree, she could see her brother's purple wings.
"Brother! It's time to sup," Twila called to her twin.
She watches as he falls out of the tree. Letting out a soft sigh she lands next to his head and with a deadpan look she said," Brother dear, why must you be silly, so?"
"Because my darling sister, tis quite fun climbing all the way up there," He chimed happily as he rolled over onto his feet.
He rolled onto his stomach before getting to his feet.
"Come sister! I shall race you back home," Twiler challenged with a grin.
"I will not race. The wind is getting strong and we will tumble to the ground," Twila warned her brother,but it went into the wind.
She watched as he flapped his wings, propelling himself high into the air, before flying toward their home. Twila quickly took off to catch up to her brother. Just as the were nearly home, a large gust of wind knocked them off course and so they tumbled down about ready to hit the ground.
However, strong arms caught them, causing them to look up just to see it was their father staring at them with a frown.
"You both need to be more careful," He lightly scolded before setting them down,"It is time to eat."
The twins nodded their heads before following their father, as they walked Twilia looked up at the wondrous stars and allowed a small grin as she saw a falling star. Before anyone would notice her lagging behind, Twila quickly ran back up in step with brother. Deep down she wondered if she would a glorious star just like her mother.
