Twin of twila

Mischievous. A word that was often associated with the young Twiler. The forest was his favorite place to play and to hide. As he hid often his sister would be tasked with coming to find him. Often he would hide amongst the branches, his grape colored wings helped blend into the shadows. When his sister, Twila, would be right under the branches he slowly flew down behind her, got up close before whispering,” I'm here for ye soul.”
Twila would let out a screech, running forward and tripping over her own tail causing her to tumble down a small hill that was nearby. Twiler winced at his sister's plight though he was the cause he hoped she was not injured from his prank. Quickly, he ran over to the hill, looking down he could see his sister getting back to her feet before looking up at him with a glare as she growled up loudly at him,” You no good snake lard! Why would you scare me!?”
All Twiler could do was offer a sheepish smile as he replied back,” You made it too easy, dear sister. I couldn't resist.”
Twila puffed her cheeks as she flew back up to where he stood and said with annoyance,” I'll be telling mother and father you are up to your no good pranks again. Its time for sup.”
Twiler let out a groan as he replied back,” Why must you be so dull, sister dear?”
She huffed, slapping him in the back of his head with her tail and huffed out,” One of us must be the smart one. You are acting like a jester trying to please the courts.”
“Oh come now Twila you need some cheer in your life,” he responded with a whine as he rubbed the back of his head.
“You can remain quiet, Jester. We need to head home!” She growled as she quickly took to the sky.
Pouting Twiler followed suit heading to face his punishment from his mother and father once they found out what he had down. It was just another day in the life of a prankster.
