Biography
"The Imperial skillfully twirls and flips the drinks as she mixes them together. She passes you your drink in a practiced motion before starting on the next drink. Before she moves on she gives you a meaningful glance, looking between you and the tip jar."
PROFILE
ITEMS & FAMILIAR |
PERSONALITY & QUIRKS Reveler is the picture perfect example of the best qualities in dragons. Her reputation calls her friendly, charming, calm, and most of all agreeable. All of these traits hold true in the actual dragon. Reveler is the face of Greattusk Rest Tavern, always knowing what to say and how to say it. She loves interacting with customers, especially if they continually return to the large tavern. Reveler loves the crowds and company her tavern attracts. It is Reveler who deals with customers, especially the more difficult ones. She can easily guide drunken fools out of the tavern though afterwards isn’t her concern. If a situation arises within the tavern that could spell trouble for business, Reveler is quick to diffuse it and if she can’t, she never hesitates to simply bodily throw out the offenders. Of course this is always the preferable option for troublemakers. If Reveler is the calm before the storm, Faux is the storm itself. Normally Reveler will try to be kind and polite no matter how bad someone is, but Faux will be as frank and rude as possible, becoming aggressive if pushed enough. This can cause some… alterations that not even Reveler can deescalate. Despite all of Faux’s general bluntness to others, Reveler loves her grumpy mate with all her heart. She adores his rants and bouts of anger as she finds them amusing. Even if she doesn’t listen to them much. She doesn’t bother correcting him either when he thanks her for listening to a conversation that she was entirely tuned out for. Afterall, sometimes the rants can be just slightly entertaining, and it’s better he rants to her than to some poor stranger, right? ABOUT Greattusk Rest Tavern is Reveler’s pride and joy. Together, she and Faux built it from the ground up when the Sanctuary was still small. It is because the Sanctuary was so small that their inn flourished. Well, that and Faux’s cooking. Being the only tavern in a steadily growing clan with little other options for entertainment caused Greattusk Rest’s business to boom. As the Sanctuary grew, so did Greattusk Rest, and what was nothing more than a bar and some cards became the biggest, most bustling tavern around. Most of what Reveler does for Greattusk Rest is split between tending the bar and monitoring life within the tavern. If needed she will leave the bar in another’s care to go deal with other business or help staff but is quick to return to her post when she can. Reveler’s only exception beyond this is interaction with customers and during the later shifts she can be found rotating between tables, talking and playing cards. As much as Reveler loves her customers and friends within the Sanctuary, she spares little time for them outside the tavern. The rare occasions she does leave the tavern are spent finding entertainment with friends and family, but Reveler dislikes leaving the tavern in the hands of others (Mainly Faux) for long. Her family life is given only a little more attention than her friends, hatchlings being few and far between, but each is cherished and loved even after they leave the care of their parents. FAMILIAR BACKGROUND/PERSONALITY There is only one family heirloom Reveler ever kept. A Cracked Crystal, the first goblet her several times great grandmatron used in her own little bar. SKILLS & HOBBIES Being a tavern owner and a barkeeper means Reveler has quite the knowledge of liquor and drinks, especially the popular varieties most dragons prefer. If someone ever needed to know where to find a particular drink or recall the name of one they only tasted, Reveler is the first dragon they should look to. ALTERNATE LOOKS/FORMS EXTRA |

I like the idea that they're tavern/inn owners!
Faux is the one that takes care of the cooking and the rooms of the tavern. He's kind of a grumpy guy, but he's not bad. He does have one thing that infuriates him, like sets him off into rants. And it has to be a common thing, like maybe a dish they serve, or a hairstyle. He'll rant and rave about it and Reveler will continue doing what she's doing while throwing a few "uh-huh"s and "that's right"s in there. He does his job methodically and is one of the best cooks around, which is why their tavern is so popular. He has no tact or friendly manner though, so he's regulated to staying behind the scenes and doesn't interact with the customers at all, if Reveler can help it at least. He's got a bit of a temper and entitled customers bring it out in no time.
Reveler is the face of the tavern, she's friendly and charming and knows what to say and how to say it. She's the bartender and she prides herself in her drinks. She can do showy twirls and flips of the bottles to woo customers, but she only does that with new customers or people she thinks will tip good. She's a heavyweight, able to drink with the best of them and stay completely sober. She loves Faux with all her heart and adores how he gets angry. She'll let him rant about whatever, after all, she's probably heard it all before. He always thanks her for listening, even if she was tuning out the whole conversation, she never corrects him either. She's the calm in the storm of the tavern, able to deescalate most altercations, and when it can't be solved peacefully, she won't hesitate to bodily throw someone out.
