He boasts an unprecedented accuracy of 75%, leading some to believe he is a seer. He has a handful of dedicated listeners to his nightly broadcast from the village gates, but the overall consensus is that nobody really knows what Stormwaker is doing here in this clan, or in the Ashfall Waste in general.
