If I bought your dragon, it's probably getting exalted at some point unless I drop them in a perma tab
I will sell back fodder dragons. I'll sell back project dragons when I'm confident I don't need them for a project anymore, not any sooner and they will almost certainly be bred. Unless someone else buys them, they'll eventually end up as fodder.
