The Avatir Arach welcome you to our humble abode. We do not do battle with each other here, for this is home to those who have lost much or who have had little. We are proud of our home, even if we are not proud of our origins. Beware though, wanderer, for you may look, you may linger, but should you try to harm one of the Avatir, you may find yourself at the bottom of the very waves that guard us.

The Avatir Arach came to be when a Druid found a wounded Arachi on the shores she had called home. The young Druid tended to her patient, nursed her back to health and granted her sanctuary. The young Arachi, a Strategist and Wanderer, spoke of her plight to the young Druid, of how her clan had been wiped away in a storm, and how harpies and wolves had picked off the survivors, one by one. How she had fled from the Southern Icefield- falling into the sea in her haste. And so the two young Arach spoke and planned, deciding to create a new home, one where Arach of all flights, of all ways of life, could home and find a new home, at the price of their old one. For those that would find the haven it would become, would not wish to return.

Over time the Avatir welcomed their new brethren, growing in number and in strength. Soon they welcomed a Huntress and a Shaman- newly trained by a Wandering Warrior and capable of guarding the dens, along with training the new additions.

They welcomed those of all kinds- from feathers to scales, coils to claws. All would be welcome in a new home.

Here was sanctuary, and here was home, for those willing to work for it.
