speishound's Clan

As you make your way through the Tangled Wood, you come across a strange clearing, hidden among the thorn-covered branches. An enormous arbor looms in the middle, high above the treeline - ridden with hollows of varying sizes, and numerous species of dimly glowing fungi. It towers, a still monument to a subject unknown.

An eerie feeling settles into your bones, and you cannot shake the feeling, even though in front of you is nothing but the Wood's odd flora.
You are not alone.

...

But curiosity finds way into your blood, and so you continue on, paw after careful paw, through the foliage. ..It happens slowly, at first. A flicker here, a flash there - the shadows begin twisting. Strange tricks made manifest in the corners of your vision - and tricks like these are no fun without an audience.

You stop, claws digging uncertainly into the mushy, muddy earth, and you listen.

The deafening silence does nothing to soothe your fears.

Short tidbits:
-there is, undeniably, weird stuff happening in this territory
-more of the dragons in the clan than not are some level of..strange. ranging from slightly wacky magic to a lot more. it is a clan of the strange and of outcasts.
-while the Shadowbinder is the obvious most favored deity, there are elements of Flamecaller's, and even Lightweaver's, influence, visible here and there. A subtle mark of Plaguebringer might even occasionally be spotted.
