The progenitor of this lair awoke with no memories in the land of the Arcanist. For a short while, Aazh was happy in spite of his amnesia, settling down with another tundra. He was occasionally troubled by strange dreams as he began to remember a very troubled past. As his moods grew darker and his need to remember became obsessive, members of their small family fled to serve their god, or left for other flights as the mad leader's experiments grew stranger and more twisted. He sought to learn all he could before taking his remaining clan to the wastelands of Plague, seeking a haven to be left alone to practice his dark arts. They say he still performs unnatural acts, partaking of meat in spite of his natural inclinations and hiding magically induced deformities under his mask and fur.
