He knows every trick in the book to keep himself alive even during the most challenging times. When he returns home to the clan, he often teaches these tricks to the younger generations as well. First developing a chemical-filled sac, then slowly becoming covered in thorn-like protrusions. Now, perhaps because of all these bio-chemical changes, he is almost constantly swarmed by butterflies and other critters drawn by his scent. Because of this, Cathis must remain frequently on the move, or risk becoming overwhelmed.
