I'm so mind blown, lol. I was trying to explain something to my friend and was using my firstborn progenitors' child as example when I read out her hatch date. "Yeah, you can see that she was hatched on February 29th." A moment to register my own words. "Wait a sec, February 29th??? She's a leap baby!" It's taken me five years to realize this, I'm crying. X'D And all this time I've been thinking to myself that I needed a leap hatch since I never had one before. It's amazing though that she really is that special... What are the chances that I'd hatch my very first nest on a leap year without even realizing. [emoji=familiar heart size=1]

THATS SO COOL ! Im guessing she ages normally ? That'd be so funny if her age only went up on leap years
but since I think flight rising measures age from days, it wouldn't really work that way
Browsing forums and this is funny to me cause I had a similar thing happen to me today!
For context, I had a period of 4-5 years where I did not play FR (I started 2020) due to IRL obligations and was sorting and cleaning out my lair for more space with hatchlings. I have a section in my hibden dedicated to old dragons that I couldn't bring myself to exalt because they were old and had nostalgia associated with them!
I believe they were both from the AH a long time ago and I was still debating whether I should re-home them, so I check their hatch dates because why not.
One of them was a leap baby and I had no idea for all this time.

But yeah, this is Gidget! He initially was Cherub-Current-Circuit five years ago but I regened his tert to a Firebreather today so he'd be a keeper for me. Funny how it is when you look back!

Oh my gosh, thats such a fun coincidence! And such a pretty dragon too! <3
I had my own similar experience a couple months ago! I kept thinking to myself that I really wanted to hatch an egg on my cat's adoption date, December 13th! Well, turns out I already had a dragon hatched on December 13th, even born in 2019... THE DAY I ADOPTED HIM. Yeah, I apparently hatched this dragon the day I adopted my cat, and just completely forgot! (Well technically, she WAS in another lair for like 5 years, but still lol) Such a fun surprise to see that in her bio!
