Staying away from gem genes (rip, he scries so pretty with Starmap) I came up with Python/Eel/Peacock! The primary and secondary play very nicely with each other

Funny spotty guy. Tapir brings out some fun accents, and Faceted eyes have a subtle glitter to them. Cute!
Ancient scry:
One gem gene on a non-gem Ancient is just in budget! Making the eyes match the tertiary is fun, and Brightshine's little frills are cute on Dusthides. Personally, the bits of orange on the primary really pull things together and make the whole dragon stand out; he reminds me a of a kingfisher like this :D
