This dragon is displaying an animated effect:
Holographic is always better, right? This item applies animated holographic foil flecks to just the body of one dragon.
Like apparel, skins, and scenes, effects are purely cosmetic items that can be added and removed from dragons at any time.
Iridian is displayed as a fallback image due to an error while loading Effect: Flecks o' Foil effect.

First off, your lair is gorgeous! Which made this choice very difficult, but in the end, Bikini grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. I love how vibrant she is! The color pallet is beautiful and matches the skin so well, and honestly, I love how little apparel she has. It just lets her colors stand out all the more. [/center]

XD There were several standouts (I really liked Radon, your Unnamed breeding pair and precious Midna :3) But I gasped when I saw this lady, so I felt like I HAD to pick her.

Vaermina is absolutely stunning. I normally like to pack on the apparel for my own dragons, but her minimal outfit really makes her shine. Flair is one of my favorite genes on Obs because of what it does to their manes, but I had no idea sanddollar was that pretty! It makes her look like a beachy sunset--especially because Tide cantaloupe looks really glowy and soft. c:
