Not sure if this is a bug or me being extremely unlucky - but after using my 15 gathering turns, all of whichbwere within the Ice region, I didn't receive any Eternal Snow. Given typically I can expect a drop every other gather usually, it just seems odd to not get a single drop at all.

I was able to get some, but the drop rates were...incredibly low? So either we're both extremely unlucky or something's bugged.

I replicated MechanicalHoundz results; of 15 gathering turns only 3 yielded any snow for me, which is abnormally low.

Gathered today and got the drop amount I expected - presuming yesterday was just extreme bad luck.
