Let's see.... When I joined you could pick a familiar for your avatar (for a day)! Oh and folks were SO excited about a new gene set that was dropped on everyone as a surprise, Laced and Edged. They were SO cool. And then later we got the announcement for a new kind of dragon that would be released a few months later with new special genes no other breed could use!

It was the year of the halos
who would have thought that once the events were over, so were the halos (not me)

I remember when fodder hatchings (for the first few years that I was here) always went for 3-4 gems, sometimes 5
now they're 5 on average, 6-7 if fodder is in demand lol
I also remember when flightrising was only open for like one week a month for players to make an account! And shops in the forums had discounts on those weeks for newbies!
