TOPIC | cant use tincture of dissolution
ive been trying to use one but i keep getting the message 'An error occurred while applying Tincture of Dissolution. Please try again.' i was hoping it was just a temporary bug but its been several days now.

Are you using the Tincture through the Coliseum? And what is the dragon you are trying to use it on? It could be a matter of the dragon already having reset stats.

yes im trying to use it in the coliseum. the dragon's stats are not already reset.

@rainbowbutts quick test:

remove the offending dragon from your coli team, and fill that slot with a different dragon.

enter any battle to confirm your team composition has saved.

put the offending dragon back into your coli team, and enter a battle to confirm.

now try to tincture that dragon again.

if the problem persists, answer the following questions:

what device are you using? are you able to try another device?

can you share a link to the affected dragon?

@antimoany i was finally able to try on a different device and that didn't work either. the other stuff also didnt work.

I can't recommend any fixes, since what's recommended here is pretty thorough. I can offer to try for you though? I can give you one of my dragons with elim to hang on to as collateral if you'd like, too. Or if you have a friend on site try asking them to do it. If it still gives an error then it must be glitched with the dragon, and probably requires putting in a ticket
