I find it quite the nice gene for those REALLY oversaturated terts! Here's some examples for my own ongoing projects:

like Tjally said, it helps tone down oversaturated colours. i don't think i'd like this colour combo with a different tertiary!

yes, the dragon is for sale if you are interested. it's hibernating currently, but i'm open to talking about price range (i.e. PWYW). i am quite familiar with what section of the forums this is, and thought that dragon might appeal. if not, that's fine, but i wasn't just showing to share. apologies that it was unclear.
