Scales is a Baldwin gene, and I think if you add two more categories, then Runes may be the last truly odd Limited:
4 Arlo digsite genes
5 Ancient genes from the Coliseum (whereas the modern ones seem to be Uncommon)
Do you know of other exceptions?

I love these little updates, they give Flight Rising some extra juice
