Hmm... I'm not sure of the exact odds tbh? We'd first have to know exactly how many items are in the pool-- obviously eggs/sprites/etc aren't, but what else isn't included?
Secondly, we would have to assume that every item had the same drop rate. However, if the drop rates are different for different types of items (hypothetically, 3% for a battle stone vs 10% for food), then that makes the calculation way more complicated.
The closest answer you'll get (unless the devs tell us the odds of each item dropping + someone compiles a list of EVERYTHING Pinkerton can give) is from the Flight Rising wiki. Pinkerton's page says that "Ambush and Berserker battle stones are also relatively common items to get", implying that they aren't super rare.
But! 3 days in a row of the exact same item is pretty uncommon regardless, so congrats! Enjoy the Berserkers ^^
