Sometimes when someone hits the login button that error pops up - it can be for a variety of reasons: Site hiccup, double clicking, internet issue, etc
The error page says to post the above text in the bug forum
Granted, it does usually help to have more info, ala the bug report guide but it's a pretty common error that's usually fixed just by refreshing the page.
