I will be putting a full two days/moons into this post until January. Events/encounters will happen every other moon.

Yarrowstar is fully healed.
Tallstride is fully healed.
Rattleclaw is fully healed.
Quillfur is fully healed.

Whitelily and Wildjump had grown fond of each other, though each will wait one moon before confessing.

Tallstride and Quillfur try for kits! They're unsuccessful, but plan to try again next moon.

DriftClan vs DraftClan battle! Six are injured, while the elder Jackalmuzzle, and Anolepaw are killed in the fight.

Briarpaw has earned her warrior name! She is given the name Briarflame, for the color of her tail.

Claykit becomes an apprentice! Claypaw's mentor is Larkswoop.

DraftClan vs DriftClan battle! One is injured, and Sheepstream dies during the fight.
Wasptip will need to wait two moons before returning to her warrior duties.
After Sheepstream's death, Darkpaw's new mentor is Tigerleap.

- the nights have been getting harder and harder for Coppercloud. he can no longer keep food down, and his body isn't responding whatsoever to any herbs provided by his apprentice. his pelt carries the scent of crowfood. he is found dead one morning in his nest, lying in a puddle of his own blood and bile. the Clan is wracked with shock and grief, exchanging worried whispers as to whether this is an omen from StarClan. with faer mentor dead, Reindeerpaw is immediately promoted to full medicine cat. Cherrystar calls a Clan meeting to give the apprentice faer full name herself. from now on, Reindeerpaw will be known as Reindeerwhisker. all fae wanted was faer name, but at what cost?
- Vixendawn has been feeling odd. his energy is sapped, and queasiness turns his stomach in knots. with everything going on, he decides Reindeerwhisker is too busy to check on him, and he's fine with that. he is terrified of what this means.

Tallstride and Quillfur try for kits! They are unsuccessful, though they will try again next moon!

A hunting patrol catches scent of an unfamiliar feline! Following it, they come across a young tom, named Renny. He claims to be a lost kittypet who's twolegs abandoned him. They bring him to camp for shelter, and Yarrowstar agrees to allow this cat into the clan as an apprentice. His name is changed to Wrenpaw, and he is given Cherrywhisker as his deputy.

Lupis-step is found dead! His mate, Lightbreeze, and his family mourns.
Hootpaw's new mentor is Yarrowstar himself.

Wasptip is fully healed.

Mapletail dies of old age! The clan mourns and honors her life and death.

Scorpionblaze and Fishpelt try for kits! They are successful, and Fishpelt moves into the nursery.

Ashsquirrel and Cheetah-haze have grown crushes on each other. They plan to confess in three moons time.
Cobwebears has grown a crush on Wasptip! He will attempt to confess in three moons time.

A rogue group attacks DraftClan! Nine are injured, while Larkswoop, and Cardinaltail are killed.
Briarflame will need to wait six moons before returning to her warrior duties.
Fishpelt is caught up in protecting the nursery, and will need to wait four moons until being able to do anything strenuous.
Wasptil will need to wait four moons until returning to her warrior duties.
Foxpaw will need to wait six moons until returning to his apprentice duties.
Lizardstar will need to wait six moons before returning to most of his duties as leader.
Flamecrash is injured protecting the nursery will need to wait only one moon before returning to her duties as a queen and deputy.
Willowbay will need to wait six moons before returning to his warrior duties.
Pigeonkit somehow gets into the mess of battle and will need five moons to heal.
Claypaw will need to wait only one moon before returning to his apprentice duties.

In Phantomclan tradition, Creampaw is given the honorary name of Creamcloud after it becomes clear that they will never return. Her siblings are understandably shaken by the sudden reality of death, and Wildrose and Mapleshade are inconsolable.

- a coyote rampages through camp in the dead of night. cats are flung around and dens damaged with almost supernatural strength; despite their desperate defenses, nothing seems to faze the bloodthirsty brute. it takes the combined efforts of Blizzardstorm, Boughpaw and Pinepaw to finally fell the beast. after surveying the damage, Smokeblossom is found dead, and Dogfang, Canaryfeather, Mossytail and Turkeypaw bear substantial injuries.
- the Clan mourns Smokeblossom, and Hollythicket is appointed as deputy in her stead. Lynxfur is now Turkeypaw's mentor, with Snapdapple serving as Boughpaw's while Canaryfeather recovers.
- shaken by the attack, Lynxfur visits Dogfang in the medicine den and confesses they want to be with her. she playfully responds that she's known for a while and flashes them a toothy grin. they are now mates.
- Reindeerwhisker finally approaches Vixendawn and gently informs him that he is expecting kits. fae understands how challenging this is for him. after helping him settle into the nursery, fae takes Cherrystar and Briarleap aside and tells them that he needs their support through this dysphoria. Cherrystar is hurt that he was unfaithful, but decides that is a conversation best left for later and will do everything she can for him.

Wildjump and Whitelily try for kits! They are successful, and Whitelily moves into the nursery.

A border patrol catches the tail-end of an unfamiliar cat, but cannot follow it. It disappears before anyone can catch the rest of the trail.

DriftClan's camp is flooding! Unfortunately, as everyone escapes to higher ground, Dapplefleck is injured, having been sucked under the water before climbing free. Once the water had settled and swept away, Dapplefleck was found alive, though bruised. She will need to wait four moons before returning to her warrior duties.

Fishpelt has her kits! She and Scorpionblaze are the proud parents of their son, Swallowkit. The clan welcomes him.

DraftClan's camp is flooding! Thankfully, everyone manages to get to the hill safely.
Year 7, moon 8/12.

Moon 18

Yellowkit went missing after Mabel fulfilled her promises and left ForestClan's camp. The she-kit was found dead an hour after she disappeared. Jumpingpaw spotted a large and swollen spider-bite on the kit's back-left leg. Both medicine cats agreed that it was the cause of death.

Because of Jumpingpaw's observance and her mastering of herbs, Owlflight decides it is about time her apprentice was given her full name. After the long journey to visit the Moonpool, StarClan accepts Jumpingpaw as ForestClan's next medicine cat after Owlflight. Jumpingpaw's new name is Jumpingseed.

Crowfeather finds out Bloodstrike is madly in love with her when he pours out his heart to her. The she-cat is touched by Bloodstrike's words. She accepts his love and they become partners.

Snakemist asks Rapidbrook for her paw again. She accepts this time! The two are now partners.
Moon 19

An infection was discovered in one of Stormwhisker's wounds. However, the infection was noticed and treated soon enough that it faded away.

Crowfeather happily announces she is pregnant! The to-be mother will move into the nursery next moon and is scheduled to deliver kits the following moon.
Moon 20

No cats have been endangered or lost this moon.

Rapidbrook is proud to say she will be having kits within the next two moons! While Crowfeather moves into the nursery this moon, Rapidbrook will move in next moon, and deliver the moon after that.
Moon 21

High temperatures and little-to-no rainfall this moon has caused the river to shrink. Plants dry and restrict their growth in order to conserve water. All of these events have caused a prey shortage among the Clan, but luckily the rains return with the prey before any cat starves to death.

Crowflight gives birth to five healthy kits: Vinekit, Starkit, Sunkit, Needlekit, and Puddlekit. She and Bloodstrike are very happy. Nightstar and Fogfur grow concerned about ForestClan's shinking genepool.

Rapidbrook moves into the nursery.

- Vixendawn has given birth to 3 kits. he, Briarleap and Cherrystar each name one, dubbing them Sugarkit, Cocoonkit and Honeykit.
- Mossytail has recovered from his injuries and may return to his duties.
- Turkeypaw's wounds have become infected. seeing that Reindeerwhisker is overwhelmed by all of faer work, Murkreed intervenes to help fae. while fae is grateful, the molly's presence makes fae uncomfortable, especially after Coppercloud's passing--but with Turkeypaw's worsening condition, fae can't afford to turn her down.

The Briars are eerily silent, with little sign of the prey that should be in abundance. Even large animals seem to have vanished without a trace. There is nothing to hunt, nothing even to scavenge.
Silentpaw, Spicepaw, Miststep, and Frostdrop all succumb to starvation. In their deaths, the lost apprentices are given the name Silentvoice and Spicetongue.
The clan is desperate need of food, and needs every cat that possibly can out hunting. Fogkit, Dewkit, Smokekit, and Whispkit are now Fogpaw, Dewpaw, Smokepaw, and Whisppaw.
Ravenstreak gives birth to one kit, whom she rather morbidly names Bloodkit.
The atmosphere of the clan has become as somber as the Briars that surround it, and Ghoststar seeks guidance from Starclan, but finds only eerie silence.
