oh my god get ready to read A LOT
so after watching the stranger things s4 in the summer, i saw the last episode's scene where he was playing master of puppets by metallica. and i looked more into it and started to really like metallica. i got into it awhile ago but kinda just drifted away from it a little bit
my dad loves the rock stuff too, pink floyd is his #1 with metallica as a close second rn, and nirvana is cool too
so as i kinda looked into it, i started to really like metallica and get more into heavy metal and hard rock. then this summer, me, my aunt, and my dad decided to drive to buffalo and go to a concert on august 11..
i literally had the best time of my life there. my dad started to become obsessed with metallica after that because there were songs being played that he never knew about (for whom the bell tolls, ride the lightning, fade to black...) so after that he set his ringtone to metallica, watches metallica concerts, and all that stuff. hes completely obsessed.
my aunt isnt so crazy about metallica, but she still likes it. before the concert she was like "eh... i dont care if i go or not" and after she was really happy about going.
to be honest, after i went, i was super obsessed about it too, but after listening to a few more songs, i finally realized how good they were. i didnt know about 80% of the songs at the concert, so after i went, i was amazed at how much i didnt know and how good they actually were. i reviewed the videos i took from the concert just last night and now i literally cant stop-
but anyway. all of their songs are good and i love them all. my favourite song is hard to pick out but might be fade to black. my top three are For Whom The Bell Tolls, One, and Fade To Black.
