Complex background has detailed objects either or both foreground and background. It’s a fuller scene with more detail and attention to lighting. In that case you can leave the apparel and skin slots empty in the order form but remember to include in special features that you want the art to be of their humanoid form and either include links to references or mention in the references are in their bio.
