The mysterious dragon that runs the banking service for commoners has two secrets. The first is that her wings hold the key to seeing the future. With enough time, she is able to interpret the ever shifting patterns of the stars on her wings to make predictions. Although this is supposed to be a secret, her kind heart can't resist helping those who seem to have bad events in their futures, and she'll drop hints while they're visiting the bank about what they should do to stay safe. Because of this, a local legend about the bank being a beacon of good luck has developed.

Her second secret is one that is far more dangerous in the wrong hands, so she's never disclosed it to anyone else. Using some of the funds from the bank, she occasionally will hire hits on those who she considers irredeemable. These are usually hardened criminals that have managed to escape harsh sentences through some legal loophole. Although she doesn't enjoy dealing with this sort of shady business, hearing her clients talk about how much safer they feel makes her feel like it is worth it.
