-Inflates and deflates her puffed frill to the beat of music, accidentally stabbed someone once
-banned from using baldwins cauldron because she keeps mixing brightly colored things together in hopes of making a potion that makes her constantly change colors
-Eats glow sticks sometimes, the first was accidental but she really liked the taste.
-Fun at parties™
-Likes the color purple
-Friends with all things spikey, probably rescues spikey animals from the food pile.

- she puffs up her pufferfish thing when shes happy or excited
- its hard to hug people with the pufferfish thing on her neck so she just kind of bumps her forehead against theirs
- whenever she eats a glowstick she glows very very brightly for a bit until it's out of her system
- carries around an antidote for pufferfish venom in case she accidentally stings someone

Strobe has a very active playful side. She's known for her love of underwater games, especially "BiolumiTag," where she and her friends chase each other through luminescent coral mazes. Her infectious laughter echoes through the ocean, brightening the hearts of all who hear it, while the younger hatchlings that play with her often scream in delight when she tags them and puffs her throat out in victory (they're never hurt, don't worry, they just like to pretend that they got poked).
StrobeLight is most of of Biolumi Tag due to her connection with the bioluminescent life underwater itself- as her scales are dotted with patches of skin that act just the same as the algae she loves. The colorful patches on her hide light up when she moves, laughs, sometimes even when she talks; it seems that almost any type of movement activates the bright glow, which in turn gave her the name Strobe Light when she was just a little hatchling. She wouldn't stop moving, making her patches light up like her namesake (and gave her parents mild headaches at night when she wouldn't stop wiggling).
Apart from just being a hereditary gene, it is theorized that Strobe's bioluminescence originated from a rare coral bloom that attached itself to her egg when she was still inside of it, seeping into the shell and her embryo. It was harmless, living in harmony with the unborn baby and actually providing it with nutrients when she needed them more than her yolk could provide. The result was a neon-colored egg fluid when she hatched underwater, a cloud that swirled around her like paint while she flashed and laughed mere seconds after hatching.

She's dating Trippy and loves him very much, and the two of them are both trying to win the feelings of their very oblivious crush SugarBlast
