leader of a small but obscure religious sect in the storming plains, her followers worship her for her future-seeing capabilities and immense knowledge, believing her to be blessed by multiple dragon deities (plaguebringer and arcanist majorly). venus comes off as a very kind and quiet dragon with enough charisma to convince people in her favor, but how much of her abilities are real or not is unknown.
her group sells "detoxifiers" for dragons to remove plague mutation influence from their body. these only work sometimes, other times they might make the problem worse, as mutation and illness caused by plague influence is erratic.
cold truce with eins after a territory dispute. they have completely conflicting ideas of how to survive in the plague (with venus believing in prioritizing the recovery and eins prioritizing the struggle). dislikes eins immensely and wants to run her out of the storming plains and deeper into plague territory so that venus can have a "cleaner" space.
