Cecil found his way into Reave's clan after the destruction of his clan and church. He wandered the Shifting expanse aimlessly, hoping to find anyone who could help. After crossing the Charged Barrens alone and without supplies Cecil collapsed and fell unconscious, all his energy and hope sapped. Unbeknownst to him a sharp eyed Skydancer spotted him just on the horizon. Jewen approached cautiously at first but as soon as he saw a traveler in such dire straits, quickly rushed him to Moss and Byrne, who saw after Cecil's condition. Reave offered him a place under her wing and Cecil decided to stay.
