This day today is the fourteenth day in the seventh month of the one thousand two-hundred and twentieth year of the Imperial calendar, otherwise known as the nine thousandth moon since the Wise Emperor Jaruss reigned in Sornieth, as told by the calendar of the ancients.

This day, Queen Adavi of Etherax has addressed the distressing situation to the east; as only a benevolent queen would, [she] proposed a missive to the lords at Stormcourt on how to swiftly mend the troublesome occurrence. They found the idea of [a storm] imprisoned in a dragon to be an absolute in the means to once more achieve a lasting peace.

In regards to the matter at hand, the Tempest Spire has been receiving enormous amounts of electrical energy from the storm raging directly above, as it has started on a westward path; [this] concerned the Council, who informed Her Majesty Queen Adavi, [and] she has since been troubled with a resolution to this concern.

High Lord Anfangen agreed to pursue the conclusion of this covert operation, ordering that those akin [to him] might be found in the name of Her Majesty; yet that which he found was deemed unworthy, all excepting Lady Galrasi of House Iskaath, who he took to be his own this same night.
