Saxon had recently joined Avalon, but she didn't tell anyone about her past.
She wanted to make a new life for herself, to start anew.
She quickly noticed that meal preparation wasn't something considered important. She wanted to change that and when she heard from a travelling merchant that the legendary CarneGuisada was taking a few new apprentices, she couldn’t miss the chance.

She arrived safe in the Snowstorm Haven but the time with CarneGuisada had gone fast. She never told anyone other than the hatchlings that the father was the chef himself. She kept that little detail for herself.

After returning to Avalon, she started preparing much more nutritious and tasty meals for the others and soon everyone started learning to cook from her.
