Why does Lumen have so many stars

"A child of light that had fallen from the brightest of stars, taking the form of a dragon in the process. Lumen, as it was named, felt oddly comfortable in the Ashfall Wastes, for the most part from the intense warmth and light. Lumen seems to have a very gentle and quiet personality and turns into a ball of light when afraid, becoming brighter and brighter the more fear it feels. The brightness is theorized to be an instinctive thing, as it tends to feel fear in dark rooms or at night time. Communication with the specimen has proven difficult due to its nature, but it seems to have positive/nuetral intentions."

Lumen comes from a dimension simply called ?3kr239?@Xvvv*v-||\?v!!v7^, or in other words, "B L I S S". You see, B L I S S is this...place that's just filled with an incomprehensible amount of light, yet there's no sun nor any other source of light, yet there's no darkness at all, which may be why Lumen is afraid of such things. It's inhabited by beings called "Xudhiqea", whose natural forms are yet to be described. These beings are gentle, but powerful. When they are afraid, they turn into a giant ball of light, which becomes brighter and brighter the more afraid they become. These creatures are very cryptic and although very intelligent, they can only learn one other beings' language through reading their brainwaves, but attempting to learn another beings' language after learning one will either result in a garbled mess when attempting to communicate (for example, you'd get something like "Pet cat 2343jJ!!!" in English). The only way to bypass this is to forget one language for the time being.
