Shaptlala

Shaptlala is the vaultkeeper of the Library Ruins. She's stern and strict dragon, who does not have time for any of your bull dung. A very no-nonsense kind of personality, and quite possibly the best lock in the whole world. Actually nobody is quite sure how exactly she manages to keep the vault doors in her absolute command, but she does. NOTHING gets past her, unless it is a dire need, or a direct command from Ruinkeeper.

Also whatever you do, do not ever call her Lala. The rotnoodles once did. The rotnoodles refuse to talk about it, and will do everything in their power to stay as far away from her way as humanely possible.

Nobody thought that Shaptlala would even have a soft spot, untill she was given a cat as a birthday present. … Actually she still doesn’t seem to have a soft spot. Don’t get me wrong, she’s keeping good care of the cat, and the cat likes her, but instead of her seeming to soften up, she just manages to seem even more like a villain. She has named the cat, but the name is in coatl, and only other native speakers understand it. Those who do refuse to say what the name translates into.
