Valencia is a meticulous and serious dragon, making her perfect for her role. Nothing escapes her notice, and records are kept with harsh precision. Should anything be found to be amiss, Valencia tracks down the source of the error relentlessly. This has led to more than a few confrontations with some of the more greedy dragons of the clan - she's sure it was a simple mistake, they would certainly much rather give her the missing sum now than get the guards involved? - giving her a reputation for being a harsh and intimidating dragon. This serves her well if nothing else, and has made her job easier over the years.

In truth, her pristine skills of observation often lead to her becoming easily overwhelmed. Valencia does her best to negate this by wearing a veil over her eyes, enchanting pleasant-smelling candles to follow her, and generally keeping to herself, all of which only feed into her intimidating aura. She really doesn't understand how this manages to creep others out, but she supposes it only helps.

Though very work-oriented, Valencia isn't quite sure she's... happy. She does her job well, and she enjoys that fact, but she doesn't find any joy in it. She supposes she doesn't have to - not everyone loves their job - but that dissatisfaction has spread into the rest of her life due to how entrenched her work has become with her social standing.
