after the second storm, his power was greatly reduced with the efforts from aeolia, asteria, and heliodora. however, with his followers, the sprites of cerauno, he was able to kickstart the third storm in order to get revenge on their actions. iusticia was originally part of this cult, but later joined ananke after vegasah killed her lover during the third storm.

vegasah's main power set is influence over storms, whether it be lightning, floods, or hurricanes. he is also an incredible manipulator, and combines his divine power with his cunning mind to complete his plans.

vegasah often takes on the disguise of a weary traveller in the shifting expanse, crossing paths with dragons who would eventually end up being swept into his schemes. his mask, a plaster skull, is meant to block other dragons from seeing his halo. however, other deities can still see the halo. the plants that grow around him are aided by the nitrogen he gives off from his constant lightning aura.

vegasah used to use flocks of sentry squawkers and packs of steelhounds commissioned from ingenium as messengers and spies, but after needing to self-destruct too many due to technical interference on heliodora's side, storm seekers became his choice of familiar.
