 Crackoom's would not be the only end-of-the-world tale, and not all apocalypses would be brought about by draconic claws.

Cataclysm, born to a family of seers, has been cursed since his youth with visions of ends. Not one specific end, nothing so merciful as that; rather, a neverending series of possibilities, each more slow and agonizing than the last. In his dreams, he sees the world burn, starve, drown, and crack; he sees the Shade assimilate dragonkind, and the Beastclans best their ancient enemies; he sees the gods turn their backs, or launch all-out war with their followers caught in the middle, or simply vanish, leaving the planet empty and barren.

He sees Crackoom's bomb, a flash and then silence, big enough to erase Sornieth in one fell swoop.

And to a dragon that sees only suffering, such an end is close enough to mercy. 		Void Loop
