Biography

DSccKrd.png
Yun11ij.png Minuet
they/them

Born with an overflowing amount of wind magic coursing through their body, Minuet was stirring up tornadoes from practically the minute they hatched. When they were only a few weeks old, they managed to create a powerful gust that swept them away, and they kept themself in the air as they went soaring over the Sea of a Thousand Currents. When they finally landed, it was right in the middle of Lanternlight Plaza, the Lanternlight Clan's central square, and they quickly decided they liked the clan enough to stay.

A free-spirited, artistic individual, Minuet can often be found designing kites, balloons, ribbons, and paper lanterns, and they often work with Isolde, who helps them decorate their creations with glass baubles and provides color advice. In return, Minuet uses their wind magic to help ventilate Isolde's studio, shooing away the heat from the furnace and cooling the place down a bit. Isolde's assistant, Permafrost, was one of the dragons who took care of Minuet when they first arrived, and they were also the one who convinced Isolde to let Minuet into her studio in the first place.

Minuet also helps out around the clan in other ways, such as using their magic to sweep dirt and leaves off the cobblestone streets. They were the leader of the team of dragons who fixed Tornado's airship, the Invincible, after he crashed, and they also attempted to free Ever Given when she got stuck in the narrow channel by Cyberspace's lab. They like it here, but although they have no intention of leaving they would like to find their parents and let them know they're safe and alive.
